Physical item issue?

Contact us within 30 days of delivery for damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items. Include the order number, a description, and clear photos.

Digital file issue?

If a file is corrupted, defective, or materially different from its description, contact us within 7 days of purchase. Include the product name, order number, software version, and a description of the issue.
