Digital products
Digital products are delivered electronically. Nothing ships, and digital-only orders do not require physical shipping. See each listing for included files and software requirements.
Made-to-order physical products
Most physical items are produced after you order. Production usually takes approximately 2–5 business days. Busy periods, holidays and large orders can take longer.
U.S. shipping options
Free standard U.S. shipping on eligible orders of $70 or more for selected apparel, including the Honest Work Leaves Marks tee and Off the Clock, Still Building crewneck. Other products have different eligibility, including a $50 minimum where offered. Available paid rates and optional delivery upgrades are shown at checkout. Mixed carts may have separate shipping charges; final eligibility depends on the products, order amount and destination shown at checkout.
- Standard transit: approximately 5–10 business days after production.
- Express transit, where offered: approximately 2–5 business days after production.
Production and transit times are estimates, not guarantees. Express shipping does not eliminate production time. Carrier delays, weather, holidays and the destination can affect arrival.
Tracking and delivery
Tracking information is provided when your order ships. Items produced by different fulfillment partners may arrive in separate packages. Please check your delivery address before ordering.
Arc Life focuses on U.S. physical-product delivery. For other destinations, available options are shown at checkout; contact us if your destination is unavailable.
Order issues
If a physical item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect, contact info@thewelderslife.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a description and clear photos. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy under our Refund Policy.
