That’s why every order is covered by our Arc-Tight Guarantee — if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll replace it or issue a refund.

How It Works
Because each item is printed or embroidered to order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges once an order is placed.
However, we’ll always make things right if your order arrives:
-Damaged in transit
-Defective in quality or printing
-Incorrect (wrong size, color, or product sent by mistake)
If you experience any of these issues, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@thewelderslife.com with:
-Your order number
-Photos clearly showing the issue
Once verified, we’ll process a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Additional Notes
-Items returned without prior approval cannot be accepted.
-Refunds (when applicable) are issued to your original payment method.
-Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.
