Welcome to Arc Life! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain how we run our store and what you can expect when you shop with us. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms, our Refund & Return Policy, and our Privacy Policy.
1. Who We Are
Arc Life Co. is a lifestyle brand for welders and makers. We sell apparel, gear, and digital products, many of which are made-to-order.
2. Shopping With Us
- Made-to-order items: Most products are created just for you when you order. Once production starts, we generally cannot cancel orders.
- Colors & designs: Because items are printed or produced individually, small variations in color or placement may occur.
- Right to refuse orders: We may cancel an order if there are issues with payment, inventory, or if we believe it violates our policies.
3. Payments & Pricing
- Prices are shown in USD (unless otherwise noted). Taxes, shipping, and duties may apply.
- Payments are handled securely through Shopify and trusted processors.
- If your payment doesn’t go through, we may cancel your order.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping times are estimates. Once your order leaves our fulfillment partner, delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather are out of our control.
- Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.
5. Returns & Refunds
- Because our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

6. Digital Products
- All digital downloads (such as templates or printables) are final sale.
7. Intellectual Property
- Our designs, logos, and content belong to Arc Life. Please don’t copy, resell, or misuse them.
- If you upload content (like a custom design), you confirm you have the rights to use it.
8. Being Fair
We ask that you use our Services respectfully. Please don’t:
- Break the law using our site or products.
- Upload anything offensive, illegal, or that violates someone else’s rights.
- Try to disrupt or misuse our website.
9. Liability
- We work hard to provide great products, but sometimes mistakes happen.
- If there’s ever an issue, our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
- We’re not liable for indirect damages like lost profits, delays, or issues caused by shipping carriers.
10. Indiana Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any disputes must be handled in Indiana courts.
