How delivery works

Most Arc Life physical products are made to order. Your item is produced after you place the order and then shipped to you.

Production time

Please allow approximately 2–5 business days for production. Production can take longer during holidays, high-volume periods, or large multi-item orders.

Shipping time

After production, standard U.S. transit is typically 5–10 business days. Express transit is typically 2–5 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping costs

• Free standard U.S. shipping on eligible physical-product orders of $50 or more.
• Orders under $50 will see the applicable shipping charge at checkout.

Tracking your order

When your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information. Carrier scans can sometimes take 24–48 hours to appear.
