What software do I need?
Microsoft Excel 2019 or later is recommended. Other spreadsheet applications may change formulas, charts, validation, or print settings.

Does it use macros?
No. The workbook uses standard formulas and workbook features.

Does recording usage automatically reduce inventory?
No. Usage records inform the burn-rate forecast. Current Qty is updated from a physical count so an incomplete usage log cannot silently corrupt on-hand inventory.

Does it automatically order from suppliers?
No. It prepares a suggested reorder list and estimated cost for review.

Is this a physical product?
